The nearest village is Skepasti which is a real traditional village where you certainly will not find tourists.
Panormo village and beach is 2 km away and there you can swim at the sandy beaches, eat at the traditional taverns or drink something at the few small bars.
Bali village and beaches is 5 km away. There you have a bigger choice of beaches, restaurants, bars etc. Rethymnon is 25 km away and Heraklion 50 km.

It's a lovely liitle village with perfect restaurants, taverns and cafes that you will love.
But best of all there are some sandy beaches that you can enjoy there.
There is also a scuba diving school you can try.
I am sure this village will not dissapoint you.

Bali village is 5 minutes drive from our villa.
This is a bigger beach village with lots of cafes, restaurants, taverns, sandy beaches and watersports.
Our choice is the last beach (Karavostasi) or (Evita beach).

Perama is the closest town.
It's about 10km away.
There are supermarkets where locals do their shopping.
This is the right spot to buy your grocery.
Rethymno
 
Rethymno is the nearest big city.
This is the capital of the prefecture and it's 25km away.
It's a really beautiful city that you must not miss.
